How we handle your data
Your data is collected in order to send you association information promptly and is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 a GDPR. There are no plans to transfer your personal data to a third country or international organization. As a member of the Bavarian State Sports Association, the club is obliged to report the following data of its members to the BLSV as part of the membership registration: Surname, first name, date of birth, gender, sport affiliation, for members with special duties (e.g. board members) the full address with telephone number, e-mail address and the name of their function in the club. In the context of league matches and tournaments, the club reports results and special events to the association. The report serves the administrative and organizational purposes of the BLSV. Insofar as the practice of certain sports in the club results in an assignment to certain sports associations, the necessary data of affected club members will be made available to them for their administrative and organizational purposes or for the implementation of competition operations.
Your data will be stored after collection for as long as is necessary for the fulfillment of the task or as long as you request deletion. As part of the membership administration, we store your name, address, date of birth, telephone number and bank details for the collection of membership fees, as well as the affiliation of the divisions and, if applicable, enrollment certificates.
